Hobson Leavy are delighted to announce that Rachael McDonald has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Trust Management.
Rachael has over 23 years of experience across corporate finance and regulatory law in four jurisdictions and has spent 10 years in law firm partnership. As a founding partner of the British Virgin Island’s branch of UK-headquartered professional services firm Mourant Ozannes, Rachael, as managing partner, built and led a team that provided legal and advisory services to international clients encompassing investment funds, complex business transactions, regulatory advice, private wealth services including trusts, property deals, asset management, and general corporate and finance advisory services.
Rachael also received international recognition by featuring on the IFC Powerwomen list from 2017-2020 and the IFLR1000 Women Leader ranking in 2021, honours granted to prominent women lawyers globally.
