Hobson Leavy is excited to announce that Paulette Cotter has been appointed Chief People & Sustainability Officer for Kordia.
Paulette has had a varied career as a people and culture leader which has included roles within corporate and not-for-profit organisations, and more recently consulting to a wide variety of organisations carrying out a broad range of work.
Paulette’s has led strategic people and organisational development functions for a range of different organisations across New Zealand and the UK. Prior to joining Kordia, she was the Chief People & Capability Officer at Apex New Zealand. She has also run her own strategy and transformational change consultancy and has held leadership roles at the Blind Foundation, Woosh Wireless and O2 (previously BT Cellnet).
She focuses on value creation to drive high performance through the people and culture space. She likes to create a culture where people feel truly valued and can bring their whole selves to work and driven by ‘why’ people get out of bed. She has a strong social conscience and is deeply interested in social issues and accordingly gets engaged with impact issues.
