Te Tii GP Limited (“TTGP”) is a custodian company that forms part of Te Tii (Waitangi) B3 Trust, an ahu whenua Trust established as an economic platform to ensure thriving business opportunities and financial wellbeing to the whanau of Tupuna, and to the continued prosperity of the Waitangi region for future generations.
Te Tii GP Limited, the entity seeking a new Non-Executive Director, specifically oversees governance responsibilities for itself and its Limited partnerships, ensuring alignment with the trust’s commercial interests. The board of TTGP holds ultimate accountability for the commercial group of assets, focusing on best-practice principles in governance and long-term growth strategies.

The incoming NED will be responsible for providing commercial advice to TTGP’s trustees and beneficiaries, offering counsel to guide the company into long-term sustainable growth.
