Rachelle has over 15 years’ recruitment experience, with particular strengths in senior leadership and Māori specialist roles. Of Ngāti Raukawa descent, she offers a strong understanding of Te Ao Māori, partnering with organisations to create recruitment processes that are inclusive and culturally attuned. Her focus is on helping businesses diversify their leadership while attracting top-tier talent. Rachelle joined Hobson Leavy in 2024 from within the wider Accordant NZ Business and continues to champion Māori talent across the group. Based in Taranaki, Rachelle maintains strong ties to the region, where she lives with her husband and tamariki.

Rachelle has a Bachelor of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management from Pacific International Hotel Management School.
