Courtney has strong experience recruiting C-Suite leaders across New Zealand’s public and private sectors, spanning technology, utilities, manufacturing and professional and financial services. Courtney leads Hobson Leavy’s inhouse psychometric consulting practice and is trained through Saville & Holdsworth. She has Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Waikato, majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Prior to Hobson Leavy, Courtney represented New Zealand for rowing, travelling to Poland and Bulgaria to compete at the Under 23 World Championship events in the Lightweight Women’s Single Scull.
