As you will all be aware, yesterday saw the Government’s implementation of a level 4 alert status in response to the spread of Covid-19. Hobson Leavy has been planning our transition to working from home and in light of the rapidly changing circumstances over the last few days, will be operating a mandatory working from home policy for all our team members from Tuesday 24 March 2020. This will be for the foreseeable future. We are taking all the necessary steps to protect our employees, clients and candidates but we are still absolutely focused on delivering on our commitments to our clients.
The health and wellbeing of our staff and clients remains our priority and we are carefully monitoring and adhering to the Ministry of Health’s advice and taking every necessary precaution.
This means that we will be conducting all our client and candidate meetings over zoom and not in person. We also recommend our clients do the same for shortlisted candidates. We are confident that we will be able to deliver the same level of service to our clients as we have confidence in our technology and our ability to work remotely. Hobson Leavy Partners and Consultants are all available on our mobile phones and emails as per usual.
