2016 marks a significant year for Hobson Leavy as our business is now 10 years old. When we established Hobson Leavy in 2006, we had high hopes that we were building a business to last. It is therefore gratifying to reach the 10 year mark and indeed to look back on 10 years of continual growth.
We have gone from a staff of two in Auckland to 13 staff with offices in both Auckland and Wellington. We are tremendously proud of the hundreds of senior executive appointments we have made in the private sector, the public sector and the Not-for-Profit sector (often on a pro bono basis).
We are privileged to work with some fantastic clients and a wonderful team. We are now setting our sights on the next 10 years. This has prompted our organisational rebrand which distils why we do what we do down to two words – Leaders Matter. We believe Leaders Matter if New Zealand is to be successful and we will continue to work hard over the next 10 years to lift the bar for senior executive appointments in New Zealand.
