Hobson Leavy are pleased to announce that Amanda Cribb has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for RedShield.
Amanda has more than 15 years of executive and governance experience within the technology sector, focusing on finance, transformation, strategy, corporate investment and M&A.
Amanda’s career began in telco before moving to investment banking and then to technology in 2004 where she spent 10 years with IT consulting company Zag (now part of Accenture) as Chief Financial Officer. In 2014, Amanda joined Datacom Group Limited as Group Chief Financial Officer, where she led finance, commercial, strategy, legal and risk operations across the organisation as well as leading a significant business transformation across New Zealand, Australia and Asia. Most recently Amanda was CFO at Flux Federation, part of Meridian Energy Group.
Amanda has held a number of governance positions as Independent Director of Fronde Technologies and HRNZ. Her current governance roles include Independent Director of Straker Translations (ASX listed) where she is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the People and Culture Committee. Amanda is also an Independent Director of Garage Project, NZ’s largest independent brewery.
